Retreat time!

Well, not really.  I’m away from the computer again to house sit which is kind of like a retreat because I can sit and sew–except I’m the only one there.  I’ll be gone until the end of the month.

I have a few posts scheduled to publish while I’m gone.  Don’t be shy about leaving me a comment though!  I’ll reply when I return.

  • Barbara Harper:

I am looking for the pattern that you made the scrappy irish chain quilt from. I have looked everywhere – lots of pictures of scrappy irish chains but no patterns. I love yours.
    Thanks Barbara

  • Teresa:

I sure have enjoyed reading through your last several posts. I have gotten way behind! Your design wall is so great – I like the projects you are sewing and I think they all look neat hanging up there together. I want to make an apple core quilt, and your hexagons are inspiring! Thanks for sharing all the pictures.

  • I didn’t have a specific pattern when I made my scrappy Irish Chain lap quilt. I used Bonnie Hunter’s leader/ender instructions to make mine. You can find the instructions here: http://quiltville.com/leadersenders.shtml Hope that helps!
